EvE Waste LLC (“EvE Waste”, “we”) operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you browse. We use Umami for website analytics. Umami records page views, referring URLs, browser, operating system, device type and country. It sets no cookies and collects no personally identifiable information. Umami Cloud processes this data on our behalf.
When you use the contact form. We collect the name, email address and message you submit, and anything else you choose to put in the form.
When you subscribe to updates. We collect your name and email address.
We do not collect payment information, we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.
Who else processes it
Contact form: Web3Forms. Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms (Web3Creative). We are the data controller; Web3Forms acts as our processor. Web3Forms uses Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner for infrastructure and email delivery, and uses CleanTalk and Akismet for spam filtering. These spam services receive the IP address and email address of people who submit the form. Web3Forms states that submission data is retained for up to three years. International transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. See their privacy policy and data processing agreement.
Newsletter: Google. Subscriptions are recorded in a Google Sheet, written by a Google Apps Script web app. Google processes this data on our behalf under its data processing terms. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Fonts and other third parties. There are none. The typefaces this site uses are served from our own domain, so browsing the site does not disclose your IP address to a font provider or a CDN.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all. None for analytics, none for advertising, and no CAPTCHA on the contact form. Because there are no tracking cookies, there is no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions reach us by email and we keep them for as long as the enquiry is live. Web3Forms retains submission data for up to three years on its own systems. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask us to remove you. Analytics data is aggregate and is not linked to an individual.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to object to processing, to request portability, and to complain to your data protection authority. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest for analytics, and consent for the newsletter, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to remove you.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will update the date at the top when this changes. If a change is material, we will say what changed.
